Through the vibration response, problems with the geared motor can be detected, such as damage, indentation, rust, etc. of the geared motor, which will affect the performance of the geared motor. Normal vibration. Use the vibration detection instrument of the reduction motor to observe the vibration size and vibration frequency of the reduction motor, and discover abnormalities in the reduction motor.
3. Then judge from the sound. During the operation of the geared motor, different sounds appear, which means that the geared motor has different conditions. We can judge the quality of the geared motor through hearing, but the judgment also requires instrument testing. There is a sound tester specifically designed to check the geared motor. If the reduction motor makes a sharp and harsh sound during operation, or there are other irregular sounds, it proves that there is a problem or damage to the reduction motor, and the operation should be stopped as soon as possible for more detailed inspection.
