Micro Gear Motor for Advanced Automotive Air Purification Systems

The recently introduced intelligent air purification system continuously monitors the in-vehicle air quality, initiating an automated purification process when pollutant levels reach a critical threshold. In instances where the particulate matter (PM) concentration is classified as ‘severe’ or ‘serious’, the system activates the smart air purification function, prompting the vehicle’s air conditioning system to commence internal air purification. Should the windows be open at the time of activation, the system automatically closes them to expedite the purification process. Throughout this period, the driver can observe the PM concentration levels via the Advanced Vehicle Navigation (AVN) and heating control systems. The integration of the vehicle’s intelligent air purification system with the intelligent network system further enhances user health protection. The vehicle communicates with the local air quality inspection department to obtain up-to-date information on the local air environment, enabling precise judgment. Upon entering a tunnel where PM2.5 levels surpass the acceptable limit, the system automatically transitions the air conditioning into recirculation mode to shield the occupants from external pollutants. Upon exiting the tunnel, the system reverts to external air circulation, intelligently creating an ‘on-the-go oxygen chamber’ for the users.

The smart car's air quality control system is made up of several transmission components, including a small motor to regulate the air conditioning vent, a drive mechanism for the active front grille, and a little motor for raising and lowering the car windows. The heart of these components is a tiny driving motor and reducer. Customizable technical parameters include:
